This workshop explains how and why communication cultures impact corporate culture and performance. It provides an understanding of what motivates disruption along with strategies to de-escalate and manage interactions for better outcomes. Results include addressing employee retention, morale, stress and performance issues.

An L.M.S. (Learning Management System) is used to deliver on demand short video presentations, workbooks, quizzes and surveys with each topic and activity followed by interactive discussion to apply the concepts to each groups unique and dynamic environment.
Optional one-on-one video meetings with individual participants are available to reinforce the learning so they can easily apply the concepts to their real time day to day interactions.
